2. Booking & Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

Final payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to pay by the due date may result in automatic cancellation and applicable penalties.

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
3. Travel Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and other requirements.

Journeyhub Tours and Travels is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or additional costs due to improper documentation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility is governed by supplier policies (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

Certain bookings are non-refundable and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original form of payment and may take 8 to 12 weeks.
5. Supplier Terms & Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers.

Your bookings are subject to the suppliers’ terms and conditions.

Supplier insolvency or failure

Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

Changes in prices, accommodations, or services

6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions. Refunds or credits in such cases are governed by supplier policies.
7. Consumer Protection
Your travel purchases with us are protected under the Ontario Travel Industry Compensation Fund in the event of supplier failure. Learn more at www.tico.ca.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover:

Missed flights, connections, or additional costs due to third-party actions
