Some bookings are 100% non-refundable; we’ll disclose these before payment.
2. Supplier-Initiated Cancellations

If a supplier cancels or significantly changes your booking, we’ll assist you with refund, credit, or rebooking options.
3. Refund Processing

Refunds are handled according to supplier rules.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original form of payment.

4. Force Majeure & COVID-19
Refunds or credits for travel disruptions caused by pandemics, natural disasters, or government advisories are subject to supplier policies.
